My experience with Raddl has been really awesome. I purchased the Larktale V3 caravan wagon. First I reached out to them to inquire if they would be getting the wagon in Taupe. They replied very quickly letting me know if that color way was available via Larktale then they could likely request it. 

To my surprise they were able to secure the Taupe color and sent it out within days. The wagon arrived promptly, within a week. When i started to assemble the wagon i notice some damage- to the basket and the wagon fabric its self had red discoloring. I reached out to Raddl and they very quickly put me in touch with LT. They requested i send photos and try to clean the area. I let them know this red discoloration happened line up with the red lettering on the plastic. I was unsuccessful with cleaning and they told me to return the wagon and when it was received they would replace it. 

Once i was able to figure out how to get all of it disassembled and fit back into the packaging and box, send it out I did finally receive a new one back .

The wagon is surely beautiful and pushes like a dream. I love the taupe color, but i am a little worried about it getting stained with kids hands gripping the sides. I’m hopeful that it cleans well! 

It is so smooth even loaded up with two kids and stuff. It is a little heavier and larger than i thought it would be but it is not unmanageable. This is my first experience with a stroller wagon so wasn’t sure what to expect. I think my only gripe is that my kids now kick each other, but that’s not the wagons fault! 🤪 

Overall we are so happy with our caravan V3 and our experience with customer service with both Raddl and Larktale
