Great for three across

This is my first narrow car seat and I’m happy with it, there are just a few things I don’t love. I initially bought it for my youngest, so I set it up for her. The shoulder pads are only to be used for certain ages, so I had to remove them for her. I like the idea of them not being able to come completely off, but the storage spot was hard to figure out. My plans changed since my youngest still fits in her infant seat so I adjusted the seat for my oldest. I put the pads back on and adjusted it for forward facing instead. I don’t love the set up for the forward facing strap. I put this in a GMC Yukon and had to make it way longer, then moved it to a Chevy 2500 which had to be as short as possible. The strap is not very easy to adjust when you’re in tight quarters. Everything else I’ve loved about the seat. Super easy to adjust the buckle placement, recline, height, etc. I love the ease of installment with the ClickTight system. That is what sold me on the Britax brand to begin with. Both kids were very comfortable in the seat; I found my youngest sitting in it all the time before I got it installed in the vehicle.
