Great quality and value with a few quirks
This is my second Coupe, I owned the V1, it worked beautifully, however they made some improvements to it that I had to get the V2. This is almost the perfect wagon for the price and value.
Pros
- large tall canopy (number one reason I chose this over others)
- all-terrain wheels with suspension (glides on grass easy)
- solid build, good quality
- large storage basket with a shoe stow (new in v2)
- reclining seats with no re-thread 5 point harness
- peek-a-boo window
- lots of accessories come right out of the box e.g. raincover, canopy, parent console, cupholder
- convertible drop-down footwell and zipper for cleaning (new in v2)
- stylish design, especially the brown leather handle
Cons
- Lack of a big, flat, solid snack tray
- Pretty heavy
- 5 point hardness system was a bit hard to adjust, I couldn’t figure out how to get it to fit my 6 months old properly. It was hard to pull.
- Footwell is still hard to zip up similar to v1, so it’s not an easy convertible. Good news is it still works pretty well without zipping it up.
- Brake is a bit hard to access and difficult to get it to adjust up and down, certainly not without shoes.
- carseat system doesn’t seem great, looks too tight for the other child, I really wish this could’ve worked for us
- We got a defective brake unit right out of the box, so it was a bit of a disappointment that we had to wait ~10 days for a replacement. I think they probably could’ve shipped the replacement a bit faster.
Overall in my eyes, the cons are just minor nitpicks, and the pros is a very long list. I compared other wagons extensively, this is one that’s great for parents and the kids, and max bang for your buck.
